Basic tips

Entering this…	(example)	Finds all pages that…
One word	location	Contain the word “location”
Several words	hours service sunday	Contain “hours”, “service”, and/or “sunday”. Pages that contain more of these words will be listed first.
Similar words	phone telephone	Contain at least one of the synonyms. Use synonyms to increase your chances of finding a match — if we use the term “phone” but not “telephone”, you'll still get results.
Quotation marks	“Christmas eve”	Contain the words “Christmas eve” as a group. You won't see pages that only contains those words separately.
Incorrect spelling	Kimborne	The Search feature will attempt to find words that sound similar to your search terms, but it's always best to try to spell the search terms correctly.
Alternate word forms	welcome	The Search feature will find plurals and other word forms. You would find pages containing “welcome”, “welcomes”, “welcoming”, etc.

Expert tips

Entering this…	(example)	Finds all pages that…
Plus sign	+Christmas service	Must contain the word having a “+”. You would find pages that contain “Christmas”, with those that also contain “service” listed first.
Minus sign	-Christmas service	Must not contain the word having a “-”. You would find pages that contain “service”, but don't contain “Christmas”.
Capitalization	March	Contain the month of March (uppercase “M”), not the verb “march” (lowercase “m”).
Wildcards	416*	Contain anything starting with “416”. The “*” stands for any letters, and can be used at the beginning, middle, and/or end of a word.
