How do I find information?

• Perhaps the easiest way is to use the Search box, at the top right of the screen. Just enter one or more words and click the “Go!” button. Search help »
• The Highlights area, in the right column, lists items we find particularly helpful or noteworthy.
• And, of course, you can explore the site using the navigation bar in the left column.

How do I know what’s changed since my last visit?

Look in the Site News area, in the right column. Items are listed starting with the newest change to the site. To get a full listing of recent changes, go to the Site News page by either:

• Selecting the More » link in the Site News area at right, or
• Using the navigation bar at left to go to the About section, then Site News. (Hint: you can bookmark that page for easy reference.)

The text size is too small/too large for my liking.

Each visitor to this site has different eyesight. In order to make our site accessible to everyone, we have ensured that visitors can resize the text to suit their personal preferences. Most browsers have a “Text size” control, often in the “View” menu.

HOT TIP: If you use Internet Explorer and have a scroll mouse, try this:

• Hold down the Ctrl key and use the mouse’s scroll wheel. On an accessible site like ours, the text will grow or shrink without requiring a trip to the menu bar.

Once you try this, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it!

Why does your site look so strange?

Our site was built using Web standards. Unfortunately, some older browsers (especially Netscape version 4) have partial and/or buggy support for those standards. While the appearance of our site may be less than perfect on older browsers, we made sure that all content is accessible to everyone.
