Christmas Marketplace

We are no longer accepting Vendor Applications

‘Tis the season!

Fun and festive, with a joyful community atmosphere and a chance to bump into friends and neighbours, the Christmas Marketplace is a chance to get into the spirit of Christmas nice and early.

Impress your friends with an awesome selection of Christmas cookies, or fill up stockings with knitting and jam, and reconnect with your neighbourhood in the process.

Our revenue from the sale also goes to our mission - feeding God’s people: body, mind and spirit - and to the work of the United Church of Canada’s Mission and Service Fund, which contributes to the work of community partners across the country and worldwide.

I’d like to sell some of my merchandise:

The KPUC Christmas Marketplace is an annual event for the community to spend time together and explore local goods. It is an opportunity for you to meet face-to-face with local customers and introduce them to your merchandise. Our vendors sell baking, crafting, canning, arts, ornaments, gifting, art/decor, skincare, beauty, toys, jewelry, candles and more!

I’d like to help:

We are looking for a team of volunteers willing to help with set-up and take-down, as well as sales during the market, and folks to ensure that we’re a safe and welcoming space during the market itself. We will also need volunteers to set up, sell and take down on the following Sundays.

Likewise, we are looking for people to sign up to bake:

  • Christmas-themed baking

  • Cookies – ginger snaps, shortbread, chocolate-chip, oatmeal, sugar cookies, etc.

  • Pies, tarts, loaves, muffins and cupcakes

  • Squares – date, lemon, chocolate, hello dollies, and more!

And to make preserves:

  • Jams and Jellies

  • Salsa

  • Pickles

  • Relishes

If you are interested in volunteering or to contributing please get in touch.
